By scheduling or receiving services from Snap Garage Door ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Snap Garage Door provides garage door repair, installation, maintenance, and related services in Rochester, NY and surrounding areas. Services are performed by trained technicians and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with further work. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as posted. A service fee may apply to certain payment methods. Unpaid balances are subject to late fees and collection actions.
Labor performed by Snap Garage Door is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties are void if damage results from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform recommended maintenance. Warranty service must be requested within the warranty period.
We offer same-day and scheduled appointments based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather, or technician availability.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area. Please remove vehicles, belongings, and pets from the work area prior to our arrival. Any delays caused by inaccessible work areas may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snap Garage Door shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Any claims for property damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims in good faith. Snap Garage Door is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.
